By using BlueRise, you confirm that:

- Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for hiring decisions.

- Users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Certain premium features may require payment.
- Payment terms, fees, and refund policies (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before purchase.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access.
- BlueRise and its associated content, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written consent.
- BlueRise may integrate with third-party services (e.g., HR/ATS systems, Social Media, OpenAI, etc.).

- We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or guaranteed hiring success.
- Users assume all risks associated with using the platform.
- BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount paid (if any) by the user in the past 12 months.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
- Violations of these Terms.
- Unauthorized use of the platform.
- Disputes between candidates, recruiters, or third parties.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the land.
- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Bangaluru.
