These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of BlueRise, including all services, features, and content available through the platform. By accessing or using BlueRise, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

Users are prohibited from:
- Misrepresenting their identity, skills, or qualifications.
- Posting false, misleading, or offensive content.
- Violating intellectual property rights or privacy laws.
- Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
- Using AI for interviews
- Users must create an account to access certain features of BlueRise.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account details.
- If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.
- BlueRise utilizes AI algorithms to match candidates with job opportunities.
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the suitability, availability, or hiring success of job postings.
- Employers are solely responsible for making final hiring decisions.
- Personal data collected through BlueRise is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Basic platform features may be free, while premium features may require payment.
- Fees, payment terms, and refund policies (if applicable) will be clearly stated.
- Non-payment of applicable fees may result in restricted access to premium features.
- All BlueRise content, including AI models, software, trademarks, and designs, is the exclusive property of BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent.
- Users retain ownership of their submitted content (e.g., resumes, job listings) but grant us a license to display and use it as necessary.
- BlueRise may integrate with third-party tools such as HR software, ATS platforms, social media or job boards.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
- Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- Our collection, processing, and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Users agree to the use of AI-driven data analytics and automated decision-making for recruitment purposes.
- We strive to provide continuous platform access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, system failures, or unforeseen issues.
- We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service disruptions.
- BlueRise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee employment outcomes or hiring success.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) in the past 12 months.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:
- Violation of this Agreement.
- Misuse of the platform.
- Disputes between candidates, recruiters, or third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if:
- Users violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity is detected.
- We discontinue or modify platform services.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of land.
- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Bengaluru.
